My career has been defined by a commitment to public service. Starting my professional journey as a firefighter/paramedic in the City of Grand Prairie, I learned firsthand that public safety is not just a policy - it is a promise. That experience instilled in me a deep sense of community, situational awareness and the ability to lead under pressure, traits I believe are essential for effective local government. Today, I work as a commercial real estate appraiser and serve on our Planning and Zoning Commission, which gives me a vantage point on how to modernize our infrastructure without sacrificing the rural charm that defines Lucas. I recognize the nuances of land use and the vital importance of maintaining property standards to protect our community’s long-term value. My professional background along with my time on the P&Z Commission makes me uniquely qualified to help us navigate big milestones. Whether it’s ensuring the successful launch of our local police force or upgrading our infrastructure, I have the professional background to get it done. I understand the complexities of public safety and land use, and I’ll work to ensure our neighborhoods remain safe, our property standards remain high and our community's character stays intact.

Uncompromising Public Safety: Public safety is a top priority of mine. As a former first responder, I will ensure a seamless implementation of our Police Department without ever compromising the gold standard of our Fire Department.Protecting the Character of Lucas: New developments must be done thoughtfully and responsibly - serving our community without negatively impacting the peace and privacy of our neighbors.Modern Infrastructure: I will use my background as a real estate appraiser to ensure our tax dollars are used efficiently on infrastructure projects that actually enhance our quality of life and our property values.Deep Community Ties: My wife, Bianca, was a part of the first graduating class of Lovejoy (2010) and her parents still live in Lucas. Her dad and brothers own and operate Conserva Irrigation, serving Lucas and the surrounding communities.A Life of Service: I served as a firefighter in Grand Prairie for eight years. Since changing professions, I have been able to remain involved in the fire service through the Friends of Lucas Fire Rescue, raising money to benefit our local firefighters. I am also a Planning and Zoning Commissioner where I'm able to leverage my professional background as a real estate appraiser to benefit and protect our community.Experience the Counts:
- Planning and Zoning Commissioner, City of Lucas
- Board of Directors, North Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute
- Board of Directors, Friends of Lucas Fire Rescue
